
Shipping policy
New Zealand Orders
We send all our local orders with the legends at New Zealand Couriers. Once your slippers hit the road, you can expect them to show up in 3–6 working days. We usually process orders within 2–3 business days, but if we’re in the thick of a sale or just a bit slammed, give us up to 5 days to get everything sorted.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll ping you an email with tracking info so you can follow your package’s journey.
International Orders
We’re stoked to ship worldwide — but there are a few things to keep in mind if you’re outside Aotearoa.
If your parcel rocks up damaged or vanishes into the void, don’t panic — just email us at contact@yakpeople.com and we’ll help get things sorted.
Customs & import fees: These aren’t included in your order total and vary depending on your country’s rules. They’re the buyer’s responsibility, so it’s a good idea to check in with your local customs office before ordering.
If customs fees go unpaid and the parcel ends up rejected or disappears into border limbo, we won’t be able to refund it — so please double-check before you click “buy”.
