General
We’re YAK Ltd., a New Zealand-owned business supplying slippers made from NZ wool and handmade in Nepal. All purchases made through this site are subject to these Terms of Service.

Products
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and imagery. Because our slippers are handmade, there may be slight variations in colour or sizing. This is part of their charm and not considered a fault.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and Wise. We don’t store your card details.

Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand. Delivery times vary, but you’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. If delays occur, we’ll let you know.

Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return unworn slippers in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please email us at contact@yakpeople.com before sending anything back.

Faulty Items
If something’s wrong with your order, let us know straight away. We’ll either replace the item or refund you, depending on the issue.

Privacy
We only collect the info we need to process your order. We’ll never share your details with anyone else unless required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more info.

You agree not to copy or misuse any content from this site, including images and text, without our permission.
